- Experience in consulting or a council environment.
- A relevant engineering or science degree and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- New Zealand experience will be highly regarded

- New Zealand work rights, or meet the eligibility criteria to apply for a New Zealand work or residency visa, and ideally 3+ years of New Zealand experience.
