The Opportunity
Work on a diverse range of projects involving complex civil structures and infrastructure assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carry out structural analysis, modelling and design of heavy civil structures.
- Undertake inspections, assessments and investigations of existing infrastructure.
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements, provide technical advice, and deliver fit-for-purpose engineering solutions.
- Review and assure the work of other engineers.
- Mentor and support the development of less experienced team members.
- Inspect works and ensure construction is as per design.
About You
You will likely bring:
- A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Significant experience in structural design of civil structures.
- A practical approach and the ability to translate technical analysis into workable solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Chartered status, or progress towards it, would be advantageous.
