ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a newly established mining portfolio across Western Australia. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will drive new business acquisition, develop strategic channel partnerships and build lasting relationships with mining operators and key stakeholders. With a strong focus on growth, you'll identify opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles and deliver tailored solutions that help customers improve efficiency, productivity and business outcomes.

DUTIES
- Drive new business growth across the WA mining sector
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners and key decision-makers
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue and market penetration
- Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to close
- Deliver customer presentations, demonstrations and industry engagement activities
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM records and market intelligence
- 4+ years' experience in B2B technology, capital equipment or solution sales
- Proven success selling into mining, resources, engineering or industrial sectors
- Strong business development skills with a track record of winning new business
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments
- Excellent relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, commercially driven and proficient using CRM systems
