Our client is a well-established, multi-site organisation with a strong operational footprint and a values-driven culture. They are seeking a People & Culture Manager to support ongoing business performance and drive effective people outcomes.
About The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, this is a standalone position responsible for both strategic and operational HR. You will partner closely with key stakeholders across multiple sites.

- Permanent Part-Time (3 days per week)
- $130,000–$150,000 + super (FTE, pro rata based on experience)
- Upper North Shore & Hills District, Sydney (multi-site role)
- Flexible WFH arrangement (typically 1 day per week, depending on business needs)
- Travel between 8 centres required - own vehicle essential
- Standalone role reporting directly to the Managing Director
- ASAP start

About The Role

Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
- Employee relations and performance management support
- Learning & development and succession planning
- WHS, compliance and HR policy management
- Management of HRIS (Employment Hero)
- Partnering with operations on rosters and labour planning
- Driving engagement and culture initiatives
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a generalist HR / People & Culture role
- Comfortable operating in a standalone capacity with full ownership
- Demonstrated experience using Employment Hero (HRIS) essential
- Exposure to multi-site or operational environments
- Willingness to be hands-on with administrative tasks to ensure compliance and documentation are accurate and up to date
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Practical, solutions-focused approach
