Introduction
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years' post-admission experience to join a well-established commercial litigation and employment team in Perth CBD. This permanent role offers the chance to work across a diverse range of disputes within a dynamic and supportive legal practice with a strong client base.

About the Firm
This firm is a multi-partner boutique law firm with established practices in commercial litigation, employment, property and commercial law, strata law, and insolvency.

The Role

• Manage a variety of litigation matters from initial instructions through to resolution, providing strategic advice and guidance throughout the dispute process.
• Prepare and review court documents, conduct legal research, and advise clients on litigation risks, procedural requirements, and contentious matters.
• Support and participate in mediations, conciliations, settlement discussions, and the management of evidence, discovery, court filings, and counsel briefings.

About You

• You will ideally be admitted to practise in Australia and have 3-5 years' post-admission experience in litigation.
• You will have strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• You will bring excellent attention to detail, strong client relationship skills, and a genuine interest in employment law.
