The Role

• Work closely with senior practitioners and a national team on a critical and complex dispute for a Commonwealth Government client.
• Manage and contribute to commercial litigation matters, including stakeholder engagement, legal analysis, drafting and matter coordination.
• Collaborate with lawyers and paralegals across multiple offices while maintaining direct client interaction and supporting successful matter outcomes.

About You

• You will ideally be operating at Lawyer or Associate level, with commercial litigation experience gained in a well-regarded disputes practice.
• You bring strong analytical, research, drafting and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and workflows under pressure.
• You are a collaborative and proactive lawyer who can build trusted client relationships and either hold, or be eligible to obtain, a Baseline Security Clearance.
