The Role

• Advise clients on complex employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety matters across the full employment lifecycle.
• Represent clients in disputes before the Fair Work Commission, tribunals and courts, including high-stakes employment litigation.
• Manage client relationships while delivering strategic, commercially focused advice and supervising junior team members where appropriate.

About You

You will ideally have 5+ years’ post-admission experience in employment law gained within a reputable law firm environment. You bring strong drafting, advocacy and communication skills, together with sound commercial judgment and a thorough understanding of legal processes. You are a collaborative and confident professional who can manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
