The Role

• Advise on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters, including M&A, shareholder arrangements, governance and complex contractual work.
• Support clients on capital and debt raisings, intellectual property strategies and broader business planning initiatives.
• Work closely with private and mid?market businesses on strategic, high?value transactions across diverse industries.

• You will ideally have senior?level experience in commercial or corporate transactions, with strong technical capability in M&A and contract law.
