ABOUT THE ROLE
This standalone People & Culture position offers the opportunity to shape and elevate the people function within a growing technology consulting business. Working closely with the CEO and executive leadership team, you'll lead both strategic and operational HR initiatives across the employee lifecycle, talent acquisition, performance, engagement, learning and development and organisational capability. With autonomy and influence, this role is ideal for an experienced HR professional seeking meaningful impact in a flexible 3 days per week position.

DUTIES
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from attraction through to offboarding
- Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational People & Culture advice
- Develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives
- Drive employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives
- Lead performance management, coaching and development programs
- Facilitate employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing and selection processes
- Develop workforce planning and succession planning strategies
- Manage WHS policies, compliance requirements and incident processes
- Review, update and maintain People & Culture policies, procedures and frameworks
- Analyse people metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
- Drive diversity, inclusion, recognition and reward initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Manage external People & Culture advisors and specialist providers as required
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in a standalone HR, People & Culture or HR Business Partner role
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
- Experience partnering with executive and senior leadership teams
- Demonstrated success delivering strategic people initiatives and cultural programs
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong employee relations, coaching and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience within professional services, consulting or technology environments highly regarded
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building capabilities
