About the Role:

You'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, providing expert guidance on private health insurance and be the heart of member experience. You will ensure that their needs are met with care and efficiency, handling a range of inquiries, managing membership changes, and playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. You'll join a team dedicated to achieving excellence through a strong sense of community. Collaboration and teamwork are at the core of the organisational culture, and your personal growth is deeply valued.

What are we looking for?
  • Previous customer service experience (contact centre preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and go with the flow
  • High attention to detail and someone with strong business acumen
  • A proactive, go-getter with positive attitude and someone who naturally aligns with the company culture and ways of working
