What are we looking for?
- Previous customer service experience (contact centre preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and go with the flow
- High attention to detail and someone with strong business acumen
- A proactive, go-getter with positive attitude and someone who naturally aligns with the company culture and ways of working
