What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the first point of contact in the claims process, responsible for:
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls with workers, employers and providers
  • Asking questions and gathering information to support claim decisions
  • Reviewing evidence and supporting documents to help determine claim outcomes
  • Making liability decisions in line with legislation and guidelines
  • Helping customers understand the claims process clearly and professionally
  • Ensuring accurate records and timely action on all claims
  • Working to structured targets, timeframes and quality standards
You’ll receive:

What we’re looking for:
  • Confident communicating over the phone and handling conversations professionally
  • Comfortable in a high-volume, structured environment 
  • Able to think logically, follow process, and make decisions based on information
  • Detail-focused and organised
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced role
  • Experienced in customer service, call centre, retail, hospitality, admin or similar roles
Experience in insurance, legal, claims or government services is a bonus - not a requirement.
