ABOUT THE ROLE
Bring together stakeholder engagement, events, executive coordination and brand activation in this varied role. You'll manage high-profile meetings, forums, site visits and events from concept through delivery, while coordinating approvals and communications around important milestones. With multiple moving parts and senior stakeholders involved, this role is made for an organised operator who loves making complex activity run seamlessly.
 
DUTIES

• Deliver stakeholder engagement activities aligned with organisational priorities
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, roundtables and targeted engagement programs
• Lead end-to-end delivery of executive, ministerial and stakeholder events
• Manage invitations, attendee lists, venues, suppliers, run sheets, briefing packs and event collateral
• Coordinate event approvals, protocols, risks and dependencies
• Capture event outcomes, commitments and follow-up actions
• Support consistent implementation of brand and engagement standards
• Coordinate communications and stakeholder approvals for important announcements
• Prepare briefing notes, speaking points and presentation materials for senior leaders
• Maintain oversight of upcoming events, milestones and engagement activity

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years' experience across events, stakeholder engagement, executive support or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience delivering complex stakeholder or corporate events end to end
• Exceptional organisation and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Strong logistical coordination and outstanding attention to detail
• Confident stakeholder management across internal and external audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Sound judgement and awareness when working in politically or reputationally sensitive environments
• Experience liaising with government, executive offices or senior stakeholders is highly regarded
• Proficiency across Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience
