As a Recruitment Officer, in the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment in partnership with hiring managers.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, targets and service standards.
- Provide advice on recruitment processes, policies and best practice.
- Prepare advertisements, shortlists, interview packs and outcome letters.
- Manage recruitment enquiries and administration.
- Maintain HR systems, databases and recruitment data.
- Monitor data integrity and recruitment reporting.
- Support continuous improvement, audits, role rotations and recruitment events.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas:
- 12+ months’ recruitment experience, including end-to-end or high-volume recruitment.
- Strong understanding of merit-based recruitment, assessment, governance and probity.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply recruitment policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage high-pressure environments, sensitive matters and escalations.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR/recruitment systems such as StaffLink, Taleo or similar, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
