Senior Implementation Consultant (Software / SaaS)

Peoplebank are recruiting for a Senior Implementation Consultant (Software) to join their SaaS FinTech client, based in Sydney on a permanent, on-going basis.
 
Whilst this is a hybrid role, some travel to client sites is part of the role. But you must hold full Australian work rights (no sponsorship available).
 
Our global client has a strong Australian presence, and is currently looking for someone to join their team specialising in the Education sector, so we are especially interested in people with a background in implementing a range of SaaS / finance / ERP / payroll systems into the higher education sector.
 
Working closely with the end clients and the internal PM on project discovery, implementation, change management, and overall knowledge transfer, you will specifically be responsible for:

• Working collaboratively with teams and customers around the globe to implement student receivable and eCommerce solutions
• Ensure the best possible customer experience by providing product best practices, system training, support, and business process / change management expertise
• Develop and maintain product documentation (in partnership with product management and engineering), providing internal knowledge transfer and support for other teams.
• Conduct remote and in-person training and/or testing sessions for client super users and adopters of our enterprise software suite of products
• Contribute to product vision by collaborating with customers, implementation teammates, product management, and stakeholders
• Contribute to an innovative culture and customer experience every day

 
Here’s What We’re Look For:

• 5+ years of experience in Higher Education (student finance a bonus)
• Knowledge of Education ERPs like Oracle, Banner, Colleague, Unit4, SAP, and Workday
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written and oral)
• Knowledge of implementing and configuring payment software is preferred
• Experience in training software end users for both functional and technical minded customers
• Understanding of the broader payment processing industry
• Ability to travel (approx. 15% travel to client sites and for internal meetings)
