Type: Permanent, Full-time (open to 4 days per week)

The Opportunity

As a People & Culture Business Partner, you’ll work across three key NSW sites, supporting a workforce of around 1,000 people. Partnering closely with frontline leaders and site managers, you’ll provide hands-on advice and guidance across all areas of HR while also helping shape the future culture of the business.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across production, logistics and maintenance
• Manage complex case management, investigations and performance issues with confidence
• Provide clear guidance on Enterprise Agreements and union engagement
• Drive employee engagement, workplace culture and operational performance initiatives
• Support strategic projects in partnership with the Head of People & Culture

About You

• Proven HR generalist or business partnering experience in a blue-collar, unionised environment (manufacturing, food, FMCG, logistics ideal)
• Strong ER/IR expertise, with hands-on experience in case management and workplace investigations
• Commercially minded, pragmatic and proactive, with excellent influencing skills
• Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
