Head of Operations

Monroe Consulting Group is a fast-growing fertility healthcare provider currently undergoing an exciting operational and organizational expansion phase. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on healthcare operations leader to oversee day-to-day clinic operations, strengthen collaboration between medical and operational teams, and drive operational excellence, patient experience, and service consistency across multiple centers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end clinic operations across multiple fertility centers.
• Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and service consistency across functions.
• Develop, improve, and standardize SOPs, workflows, and operational governance.
• Drive operational readiness for future organizational expansion, including hospital conversion initiatives.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with doctors, specialists, nursing teams, and healthcare professionals.
• Act as a bridge between medical and non-medical teams to ensure aligned execution.
• Navigate sensitive healthcare operational dynamics with maturity and diplomacy.
• Support the Founder & CEO in strategic operational decision-making.
• Design and improve patient journey and customer experience standards.
• Ensure a compassionate, personalized, and high-quality service culture across all touchpoints.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Nursing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.
• Experience in fertility, women’s health, hospital, specialty clinic, or healthcare services is highly preferred.
• Strong exposure to managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and medical stakeholders.
• Experience working in fast-growing or transformation-stage healthcare organizations is an advantage.
• Fluent English is required.
