Average Daily Census: 130
Position: Interim Director of Pharmacy plus PIC
Skills preferred: Hospital & Omnicell experience
West Virginia pharmacist licensure required
Dates of Coverage needed: start 8/31/26 until perm hired; Current DOP retiring
Coverage Hours needed: M-F 0700-1530 plus on-call after each shift and weekends
Order Entry System: HCS, will train
Site Automation: Omnicell, will train
Site Specialty Areas: Behavioral Health
Staff Size: 1 FT pharmacist, 4 per diem RPh, 2.6 FTE technician
Tech support: order filling, delivery, inventory management
Job Responsibilities/Expectations: Staffing and administrative responsibilities of PIC
Onsite training will be provided by retiring DOP
Dress Code: Business casual
