(Retainer) Estate Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of its plantation business. This Jakarta-based position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned plantation professional to drive business performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall plantation business strategy and operations.
• Drive productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimization across plantation assets.
• Oversee plantation planning, cultivation, harvesting, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives.
• Manage budgets, operational KPIs, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Build and lead high-performing plantation teams while fostering continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in plantation operations, including managerial leadership.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale plantation estates.
• Strong strategic thinking, operational leadership, and commercial mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willing to travel regularly to plantation sites.
