Plastic Press Operator

We are seeking a Plastic Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a plastic press operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products according to specification.

Responsibilities

  • Operate plastic injection molding presses according to production schedules

  • Monitor machine functions, gauges, and indicators to ensure proper operation

  • Perform quality inspections to verify dimensions, appearance, and overall product quality

  • Record production data, machine settings, and any adjustments made during your shift

  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and material handling

  • Comply with quality standards, policies, and procedures

Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have the ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment

  • Must have the ability to lift 10-30 pounds

  • Must have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

  • Must have full body motion: bending, twisting, standing, ext.

  • Must have High School Diploma/GED

  • Must be able to read and write English.

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • All Shifts: 1st-7am-3pm 2nd-3pm-11pm 3rd 11pm-7amM-F

  • Pay Rate is $13+ per hour.

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available after probation once hired.
