Therapy Tech/Chiropractic Assistant

Career Concepts is currently seeking a Therapy Technician / Chiropractic Assistant for a busy and growing chiropractic office in Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a hands-on environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in healthcare. The ideal candidate is energetic, compassionate, and enjoys interacting with patients throughout the day. Previous chiropractic or therapy experience is a plus, but the employer is willing to train the right individual with the right personality and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support to patients during chiropractic treatments and therapy sessions

• Assist patients with rehabilitation exercises, stretching, and therapeutic modalities as directed

• Help prepare treatment rooms and equipment for patient appointments

• Support the chiropractor with patient flow and daily clinical operations

• Monitor patient comfort while providing a positive, welcoming experience

• Clean, sanitize, and organize treatment rooms and therapy equipment

• Document patient treatments and therapy completion

• Assist with patient scheduling, check-in/check-out, and other front office responsibilities as needed

• Work as part of a team to provide exceptional patient care

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, medical office, fitness, or customer service experience is preferred but not required

• Health-related education such as Exercise Science or Kinesiology is a plus

• Friendly, outgoing, and personable with excellent customer service skills

• Compassionate and empathetic when working with patients

• Strong communication and organizational abilities

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting

• Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds as needed

• Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen (THC excluded)

Benefits/Compensation

• Part Time (25-30 hours)

• First shift (hours can vary by appointment needs)

• Mon, Wed, Fri 10am – 5pm, Tue 10am – 2pm  

• $18/hr

• Temp to hire position  

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

• Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
