- Strong knowledge of drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings and commercial construction methods.
- Experience using estimating software such as OST, QuickBid, BuzzBid or similar.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
