Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior Marketing & Business Development Executive to support ambitious growth across key international markets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering strategic marketing initiatives, driving client engagement, and contributing to revenue generation through targeted business development activities. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to execute impactful campaigns and support high-value client relationships in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

In this role, you will:

• Support the development and execution of strategic business development plans aligned with service line objectives
• Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Assist with planning and execution of events, conferences and client engagements
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI and key performance indicators
• Develop high-quality marketing collateral and branded materials
• Contribute to lead generation initiatives and client acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive marketing and BD projects
• Build and maintain relationships with industry bodies, vendors and external partners

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
• 3–4+ years’ experience in marketing, business development or consulting, ideally within professional services or financial services
• Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns and BD initiatives
• Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, analytics and email campaigns
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
