Responsibilities and Duties

• Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously
• Schedule and oversee social media content across various platforms
• Support the execution of email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting and tracking activities
• Maintain project management systems, task trackers, and internal workflows
• Organise digital assets, marketing materials, and client documentation
• Coordinate with designers, freelancers, and external stakeholders to deliver creative outputs
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and consistency standards

Qualifications and Skills

• 2–4 years’ experience in marketing coordination, operations, or project management
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and campaign workflows
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, or similar marketing platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative platforms is advantageous
