WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Build AI agents and data workflows that automate analysis, reporting, and operational decision support.
• Work with large structured datasets (SQL-based environments) to extract, clean, and model operational and financial data.
• Integrate and analyze data across systems such as timekeeping, ERP, telematics, and business intelligence platforms.
• Develop solutions that identify anomalies, inefficiencies, and sources of operational leakage across field operations.
• Translate business-defined problems into scalable data pipelines, SQL logic, and AI-enabled workflows.

A BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• Strong background as a Senior Data Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role with hands-on SQL expertise in complex enterprise environments.
• Experience building dashboards, data models, and analytical pipelines using tools like SQL, Power BI, or similar BI platforms.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG, or workflow automation (experience building AI agents is a strong plus).
• Experience working with large, messy, real-world operational datasets (fleet, workforce, finance, logistics, or field service data preferred).
• Ability to bridge data engineering and business problem-solving, translating operational questions into scalable SQL logic and analytics solutions.
