Position: Staff Pharmacist with hospital experience

California Pharmacist licensure required

Dates of Coverage needed: Start ASAP 4-5 days/week likely through December

Shift Hours needed: Monday-Friday 0730-1600 (sometimes1030-1900)

Weekend coverage might be needed: 0800-1300

On-call coverage: should be covered unless any staffing gaps

Order Entry System: HCS; will train

Site Automation: None currently
Site Specialty Areas: Psych
Staff Size: 2 technicians; 3 PRN Pharmacist
Tech support: M-F 8am-2:30pm order entry
Job Responsibilities: staffing

2 hours of training prior to start
Local candidate preferred; but will review travel expenses if a local candidate is not available

Dress Code: business casual or scrub of any color
