Assistant of Accounting and Finance Manager (Relocation to Laos)

Founded in 2015, the company has over 500 professionals and operates across multiple business sectors globally. The group is led by an internationally educated founder with over 25 years of experience in global finance and investment. With strong governance, diversified revenue streams, and continuous business expansion, the company has established itself as a reputable and financially stable corporate group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial reporting, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
• Assist in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily accounting operations.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and operational financial activities.
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting processes.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal stakeholders on finance and accounting matters.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal control procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial processes.
• Experience using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
• Good communication skills in a professional business setting.
• Experience in audit firms, professional services, or multinational environments is an advantage.
