The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain function for Thailand operations
The Senior Director of Supply Chain is responsible for leading and optimizing the end‑to‑end supply chain function for Thailand operations within a multi‑national Electronic Manufacturing environment. This role oversees materials planning, purchasing and sourcing, warehousing, logistics, and regulatory compliance including Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) requirements to ensure reliable supply, cost effectiveness, and strong working capital performance.
Responsibilities:
- End‑to‑end supply chain leadership for Thailand EMS operations
- Materials planning, purchasing, sourcing, warehousing, and logistics execution
- Inventory optimization, working capital management, and inventory turns
- Thailand BOI and trade compliance knowledge
- Cross‑functional collaboration supporting revenue and customer commitments
- Alignment with Corporate and Regional Supply Chain strategies and metrics
- Supplier performance, cost management, and risk mitigation
- Supply chain talent development and organizational effectiveness
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering preferred
- Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive supply chain leadership experience within EMS, electronics manufacturing, or similarly complex manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated leadership experience across materials planning, purchasing, sourcing, warehousing, and logistics
- Strong working knowledge of Thailand BOI regulations, customs, and trade compliance
