Clinical Lead – Complex Care Location: Kingston upon Thames Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum Contract: Permanent Setting: Luxury Complex Care Centre The Role We are working with a leading luxury care provider who are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinical Lead to join their complex care service in Kingston upon Thames. This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Nurse with strong clinical leadership experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a high-quality, specialist care environment. You will play a key role in providing clinical leadership across the service, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and clinically excellent care. Key Responsibilities Provide strong clinical leadership and support to the nursing and care teams. Ensure consistently high standards of clinical care and resident safety. Support the Registered Manager with the day-to-day clinical management of the service. Lead and support clinical audits, governance and quality improvement. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies and clinical standards. Oversee care planning, assessments, medication management and clinical documentation. Monitor and manage clinical risks, incidents and safeguarding concerns. Support and develop nurses and care staff through supervision, training and mentoring. Work closely with residents, families and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals. Build strong relationships with GPs, community teams and other external healthcare professionals. Promote a positive culture of continuous improvement and person-centred care. Support the service through inspections and regulatory requirements. About You We are looking for a Registered Nurse with: Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN. Previous experience in a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Senior Nurse or similar senior clinical role. Experience within complex care, nursing or specialist healthcare environments. Strong knowledge of clinical governance, safeguarding and CQC requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills. A hands-on and proactive approach. The ability to support and develop clinical teams. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding standards of care.
