Clinical Lead Nurse Clacton-on-Sea | £23.50 per hour | Full-Time Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with a proven track record as a Clinical Lead within a nursing home setting? Are you looking for a role where your clinical expertise, leadership and passion for high-quality care can genuinely make a difference? We are looking for a confident and compassionate Clinical Lead Nurse to provide strong clinical leadership within a well-established nursing service. The Role As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of clinical care, supporting the nursing and care teams, and ensuring residents receive safe, dignified and person-centred support. Key responsibilities include: Providing day-to-day clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams. Maintaining high standards of clinical care, governance and compliance. Overseeing care planning, assessments, medication and clinical documentation. Leading clinical audits and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Supporting nurses and care staff through supervision, mentoring and clinical guidance. Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changing needs. Working collaboratively with GPs, community teams, families and other healthcare professionals. Promoting safeguarding, infection prevention, health and safety and best clinical practice. Supporting a positive culture focused on dignity, choice, independence and quality of life. Remaining hands-on within the service and leading by example. About You The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN and, importantly, will have a proven track record of working as a Clinical Lead within a nursing home environment. You will be a confident clinical leader with strong knowledge of governance, compliance and person-centred care. You will also be approachable, compassionate and comfortable working alongside care teams to achieve excellent outcomes for residents. Working Pattern £23.50 per hour 40 hours per week | 5 days over 7 Mixture of early, midday and evening shifts depending on service requirements Weekends on a rota basis 3 days focused on clinical/office-based responsibilities and 2 days working alongside the care team on the floor Why Consider This Opportunity?
