Home Manager – Residential Care Location: Surbiton, Greater London Salary: up to £50,000 Contract: Permanent Setting: Luxury Residential Care, small service The Opportunity We are working exclusively with a high-quality, luxury care provider who are looking for an experienced Home Manager to lead a residential care service in Kingston upon Thames. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Home Manager who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, developing strong teams and creating an exceptional experience for residents. The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards across care, people, compliance and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Take full operational responsibility for the home. Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team. Ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care. Maintain strong CQC compliance and regulatory standards. Oversee care planning, safeguarding, audits and quality assurance. Manage staffing, recruitment, performance and team development. Build positive relationships with residents, families and professionals. Drive occupancy and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and local authorities. Monitor budgets and support the commercial performance of the home. Create a positive, supportive and inclusive culture. About You We are looking for an experienced Residential Home Manager with: Proven experience managing a residential care home. Strong knowledge of CQC and regulatory requirements. A track record of leading and developing teams. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial awareness and an understanding of occupancy and financial performance.
