About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Intermediate Drinking Water Modeller to join a collaborative and technically focused team. In this role, you will assist in developing, maintaining, and operating hydraulic models of drinking water networks, helping identify operational issues and supporting network planning and capital projects.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in building, calibrating, and maintaining drinking water hydraulic models
- Support operational and strategic network planning using model outputs
- Contribute to modelling projects and help manage model data
- Work collaboratively with senior modellers and multidisciplinary teams
- Learn and apply best practice in modelling, data management, and continuous improvement
- Tertiary qualified in engineering, science, or a related discipline
- 3+ years’ experience in drinking water hydraulic modelling or related water engineering work
- Hands-on expertise with InfoWorks WS Pro preferred
- Good understanding of hydraulics and water network operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator, able to explain technical concepts to colleagues and stakeholders
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to grow your technical skills
- Familiarity with GIS, asset data, or network modelling software
- Exposure to water network planning or project management
- Interest in mentoring or learning from senior modellers
