Key Skills Needed:

• 3-4 years of relevant experience in mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics maintenance
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for complex equipment
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Proficiency in welding, fabrication, and use of hand and power tools
• Knowledge of safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and confined space entry
• Ability to document work and perform root cause analysis effectively

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CMMS systems
• Familiarity with technical drawings and schematics
• Additional certifications in welding or safety procedures

Preferred Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED, with technical training preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in an industrial environment

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work both day and night shifts
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
• adherence to safety standards and protocols

Salary: $30 - $35+ per hour, based on experience
