ERP Project Support

As ERP Project Support (SYSPRO), you’ll support a high-impact ERP implementation—partnering with internal SMEs and cross-functional teams to coordinate training, improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and build reporting that helps leaders make informed decisions. Located in the northwest St. Louis metro area, this full-time, onsite role works Monday–Friday from 8:00am–4:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional user groups and SMEs to define requirements and support ERP solutions that fit business needs.
• Document core processes and create training materials; help coordinate and support end-user training sessions.
• Test ERP workflows and changes, validate outcomes, and help manage issue resolution with the ERP support team.
• Build and maintain ERP reporting and project updates, communicating status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain/Manufacturing (or equivalent practical experience/training).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Monday.com.
• Experience with ERP Software (specifically Syspro), Six Sigma, Lean, Agile Method, Report Building Software (SQL, Power BI), and manufacturing industry exposure is a plus.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels.
