Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Water Market Director (NSW) to lead strategic client growth across the NSW water sector, with a particular focus on Sydney Water as a key account.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing executive-level client relationships, identifying and securing major opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth across the NSW market.
Working closely with technical and operational teams, you will play a critical role in shaping client strategies, leading pursuits and positioning the business for long-term success across Sydney Water and other key utility clients.

- Develop and execute client growth strategies across the NSW water market.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to maximise client outcomes and win rates.
- Drive early project positioning, stakeholder engagement and opportunity development.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience within water engineering consulting, infrastructure or professional services.
- Strong understanding of Sydney Water, water utilities and the NSW water market.
- Demonstrated success managing major client accounts and developing executive-level relationships.
- Proven experience driving business growth, opportunity development and strategic pursuits.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
