Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; industry certifications or an associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in data centers or related fields
  • Basic understanding of data center cooling and power systems is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication
  • Troubleshooting, organizational, and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
  • Commitment to safety-first approach and autonomous work ethic

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Industry certifications in data center operations or related areas
  • Experience with facility security systems and managing access control
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals or hardware troubleshooting

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree highly valued
  • At least 2 years in a technical role within a data center environment

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to work overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a rotating schedule (3 days on, 4 days off / 4 days on, 3 days off)
  • Must be able to support training sessions, which may initially occur during daytime hours
  • Ability to pass background checks and adhere to facility security protocols

Salary: $26 - $27 hourly, plus shift differential, overtime, holiday pay, and a 5% bonus.
