As part of this investment, a newly created Leadership Development Specialist role has been established to help bring this vision to life.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Group Organisational Development Consultant, you will support the delivery of leadership development initiatives across a diverse group of leaders.
Working primarily with frontline and mid-level leaders, you will facilitate leadership programs, coaching circles and peer learning experiences that help leaders navigate people challenges, lead through change and build high-performing teams.
Leveraging a newly implemented DDI leadership platform, you will blend facilitated learning with digital resources to create engaging development experiences that drive learning transfer and behavioural change.

Essential capabilities to ensure impact include:
- Leadership Development & Facilitation: Demonstrated experience facilitating leadership programs that build capability, confidence and behavioural change.
- Coaching & Capability Building: Ability to support leaders through coaching, reflection and practical development conversations.
- Blended Learning & Digital Enablement: Experience integrating digital learning resources and facilitated experiences to create engaging learning journeys.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Influence: Proven capability to build credibility and influence leaders across complex and diverse environments.
- Learning Transfer & Behaviour Change: Strong understanding of how adults learn and how capability is embedded through workplace application.
- Emotional Intelligence & Facilitation Maturity: Confidence facilitating challenging conversations involving change, performance, wellbeing or conflict.
