Project Manager – P3M / EPM Platform

Parramatta | Hybrid

6-Month Contract


We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery and ongoing uplift of an enterprise Project, Program and Portfolio Management (P3M/EPM) platform within a large, complex organisation.

The role will have a strong focus on platform stabilisation, adoption, continuous improvement, governance and transition activities within an enterprise P3M environment.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage P3M/EPM platform delivery and continuous improvement activities
  • Coordinate platform stabilisation, hypercare and transition activities
  • Manage delivery plans, RAID, dependencies, governance and reporting
  • Coordinate across Digital, EPMO, Change, vendors and business stakeholders
  • Drive user adoption and manage feedback and enhancement priorities
  • Support reporting, analytics, automation and integration initiatives
  • Support effective transition into BAU

About you:




You will be an experienced Project Manager with demonstrated experience delivering, implementing or significantly uplifting enterprise P3M/PPM/EPM platforms.

Strong governance, stakeholder management, system adoption and post-go-live delivery experience is essential. Experience with Microsoft Project Online, Power Platform, portfolio reporting or similar enterprise PPM technologies will be highly regarded.
