Apply directWe’re looking for an experienced ERP Program Master Scheduler to join a significant and complex ERP transformation programme in Brisbane.
In this senior programme scheduling and controls role, you’ll establish and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that brings the programme together.
You’ll work across multiple workstreams, vendors, delivery teams and business stakeholders. Your role is to provide a clear, reliable view of sequencing, milestones, dependencies, critical path and schedule risk.
This is more than schedule administration. You’ll use schedule data to identify emerging risks, test assumptions and give programme leaders the insight they need to make informed decisions.
The role
You will:
- Develop, maintain and continuously improve the programme Integrated Master Schedule.
- Bring workstream, vendor and project schedules into one integrated programme view.
- Manage dependencies across business, technology, vendors and delivery workstreams.
- Maintain clear visibility of critical path activities, constraints, milestones and key decision points.
- Analyse schedule performance against approved baselines, identifying emerging risks and variances early.
- Undertake scenario modelling and schedule impact analysis to support recovery planning and replanning.
- Coordinate sequencing across design, build, integration, data migration, testing, change, deployment, cutover, hypercare and business readiness.
- Facilitate schedule reviews, planning workshops and cross-programme dependency discussions.
- Work closely with project managers, workstream leads, vendors and delivery partners to maintain accurate and credible plans.
- Constructively challenge unrealistic timelines, assumptions, milestones and incomplete schedule inputs.
- Maintain schedule change control and clear records of assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
- Produce forward-look schedules, schedule confidence reporting and governance-ready insights.
- Turn complex scheduling information into clear recommendations for senior programme and executive stakeholders.
- Establish practical scheduling standards that strengthen planning discipline across the programme.
About you
You’ll bring senior-level master scheduling or programme controls experience from a large-scale ERP or complex ICT transformation.
You understand that a credible master schedule does more than track activity. It helps leaders see where delivery is under pressure, understand the impact of change and make better-informed decisions.
We’re looking for experience in:
- Designing and managing an Integrated Master Schedule.
- End-to-end ERP or enterprise transformation delivery.
- Major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne or equivalent.
- Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule baselining, variance analysis, dependency management and schedule risk.
- Enterprise scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6.
- Integrating schedules across multiple projects, workstreams and third-party vendors.
- Formal programme governance and assurance environments.
- Analysing schedule data to identify risks, impacts and implications.
- Influencing senior stakeholders and constructively challenging delivery assumptions without direct authority.
- Communicating complex schedule issues as clear, concise insights for senior leaders.
- Agile, PRINCE2, PMBoK or hybrid delivery environments.
Experience in the public sector or another highly regulated environment will be advantageous.
Why consider this opportunity?
You’ll take a central role in a major transformation where the quality of the Integrated Master Schedule directly supports planning, governance and delivery decisions.
You’ll have visibility across the transformation lifecycle and work closely with programme leadership, delivery teams and vendors.
It’s an opportunity to bring structure to a complex delivery environment, surface risks early and help leaders make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.
If you’re an experienced Master Scheduler with strong ERP or enterprise transformation experience, we’d welcome your application.
