- Strong commercial electrical experience
- Experience working on new construction, renovations and/or retrofit projects
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and NEC requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a field team
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
- A stable work history with a proactive attitude
