The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from pre-construction through completion, while overseeing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client relationships.
The successful candidate will be a commercially minded and organized professional who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and profitability. Experience delivering large-scale commercial, mission-critical, industrial, or data center projects is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
Strong commercial electrical construction experience.
Experience managing projects from $5M+ through completion.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, drawings, specifications, and NEC requirements.
Experience with project budgets, forecasting, change orders, billing, and cost control.
Strong subcontractor, vendor, and client management skills.
Experience using platforms such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
A strong focus on delivering projects safely, on schedule, and profitably.
