Production Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Production Specialist to join our team. The Production Specialist will play a crucial role in our manufacturing or production process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our products. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment.

• Monitor production processes to ensure product quality and consistency.

• Conduct inspections and tests to identify and resolve any production issues.

• Assist in setting up production lines and workstations.

• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.

• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

• Troubleshoot and repair minor equipment issues.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

• Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant technical certifications a plus).

• Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role (specific industry experience may be required).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products.

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and willingness to follow safety guidelines.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (if applicable).

• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.

Benefits/Compensation

• Full Time

• Pay Rate is $17.50 per hour

• Shift 1st 7a-530p

• Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts
