Lead a Manufacturing Team!

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor / Foreman to oversee daily production activities in a precision manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands manufacturing, knows how to keep production moving, and can lead a team while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily production activities and workflow
• Lead, support, and coordinate manufacturing employees
• Assign work and monitor production throughout the shift
• Ensure production schedules and goals are met
• Monitor quality and address issues as they arise
• Help troubleshoot equipment and production problems
• Train, coach, and provide direction to employees
• Ensure employees follow safety and quality procedures
• Communicate production updates and concerns to management
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
• Work hands-on with the team when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous manufacturing leadership experience required
• Experience as a Foreman, Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Supervisor, Lead, or similar role
• Strong hands-on machine operation or manufacturing experience
• Strong math skills, including working with decimals
• Comfortable taking measurements and working with precise specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production requirements
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive work environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule & Overtime

• Monday–Friday
• Current schedule: 8:00 AM–4:40 PM
• Schedule will move to 7:00 AM–4:40 PM
• Earlier start time will provide overtime opportunities
• Full-time hours
