Their solutions are deployed across enterprise, education, government, healthcare and commercial environments worldwide, delivering high-performance AV-over-IP, IPTV and next-generation audio networking technologies.
As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to join their Technical Services team.
This is a highly technical, customer-facing engineering role where you'll become a subject matter expert across an advanced portfolio of networked AV solutions. Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, you'll support systems integrators, consultants and enterprise customers through the deployment, optimisation and troubleshooting of sophisticated AV ecosystems.
The Role
You'll act as a senior technical resource, resolving complex issues across enterprise networking, AV transport, control systems and DSP while helping customers maximise the performance of their deployments.
Working directly with systems integrators, consultants and end users, you'll collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to investigate technical challenges, support new product introductions and provide valuable feedback that helps shape future product development.
This role would suit an experienced AV engineer with a background in systems integration, commissioning or manufacturer technical support who enjoys solving complex technical challenges across networking, control systems and AV-over-IP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for AV-over-IP, IPTV and Audio-over-IP solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex networking, media transport and interoperability issues.
- Configure and support managed network switches, including Layer 2/Layer 3 environments, VLANs, QoS and multicast.
- Develop, configure and troubleshoot Crestron, Q-SYS and Node-RED integrations.
- Configure and optimise professional DSP platforms.
- Support customers through deployment, commissioning and post-installation optimisation.
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to investigate technical issues and contribute to future product development.
- Produce technical documentation, knowledge base articles and best practice guidance.
- Travel to customer sites when required (approximately 1015%)
