Digital Account Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Digital Account Manager to join an established Sydney-based digital agency.

You’ll take ownership of relationships, campaign performance and ongoing communication hence this role would suit someone who understands SEO but also genuinely enjoys client management, strategy and relationship building.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a portfolio of SEO and digital clients as their key day-to-day contact.
• Understand client objectives and translate them into clear campaign priorities.
• Review campaign performance across rankings, traffic, leads and revenue and present results, recommendations and next steps clearly to clients.
• Manage expectations, timelines and campaign priorities while maintaining strong relationships and also identify opportunities to improve performance, expand accounts and deliver additional value.

What We’re Looking For

• You’ll ideally have previous experience in a digital agency, SEO agency or performance marketing environment, with confidence managing multiple client relationships at once.
• Solid understanding of SEO across areas such as technical SEO, content, keyword strategy, local SEO and link building.
• Experience using platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar SEO tools will be highly regarded.
• Commercially minded, organised and proactive — someone who can build trust with clients while keeping internal teams accountable and campaigns moving forward.
