An exciting opportunity has opened for an SEO Manager to join a leading global media and digital organisation in Melbourne.
This is a senior operational and client leadership opportunity overseeing SEO, generative search, analytics and reporting workstreams. You’ll translate strategy into delivery, lead specialist teams and work closely with senior stakeholders to maintain strong client performance and grow Experience services.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day client relationships across key accounts.
- Oversee SEO, generative search, analytics and reporting workstreams.
- Manage and develop Managers, Executives and other specialists.
- Coach teams and support performance, progression and capability development.
- Manage resourcing and utilisation across multiple client portfolios.
- Ensure delivery remains aligned with client KPIs, scopes and deadlines.
- Monitor project profitability, revenue, invoicing and third-party costs.
- Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
- Support pitches, scoping, proposals and new-business opportunities.
- Improve workflows, reporting frameworks and scalable delivery processes.
You’ll be an experienced search, SEO or digital Experience leader who can confidently operate across clients, teams, commercial management and delivery.

- Strong SEO, technical search and digital performance expertise.
- Knowledge of generative/AI search and emerging search behaviours.
- Experience leading significant client relationships.
- Proven people management and capability-development experience.
- Experience managing workloads and resources across multiple accounts.
- Experience supporting pitches, proposals or account growth.
- Strong analytics and reporting capability.
- The ability to influence senior clients and internal stakeholders.
