Snr Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager who can lead a team while staying hands‑on across paid media performance marketing. If you love building scalable acquisition systems, coaching marketers, and owning strategy end‑to‑end, this role gives you the autonomy and influence to make a real commercial impact.

You’ll work directly with the Directors to shape the marketing function, optimise the channel mix, and grow a high‑performing team that delivers consistent, high‑quality lead flow.

Preference for candidates from - Insurance, Finance, Loan business background.

What You’ll Own

• Team leadership — guide, mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring delivery, capability growth and high performance
• Hands‑on performance marketing — build and optimise paid media and manage external SEO, social, referral and demand‑gen channels
• Full‑funnel strategy — design and execute a marketing plan that drives lead volume, quality and ROI
• Channel expansion — launch new acquisition streams including EDM/SMS, social lead gen and upper‑funnel demand creation
• Continuous improvement — run a build‑measure‑learn cycle that lifts channel performance and embeds learnings across the business
• Marketing tech & analytics — lead CMS rebuilds, improve attribution, strengthen analytics, and ensure martech supports scale

What You Bring

• Strong leadership experience — you know how to lift capability, set expectations and drive accountability
• Deep hands‑on experience in paid media digital lead gen.
• Solid experience and understanding of SEO, analytics and conversion optimisation
• Proven success managing multi‑channel acquisition programs
• Comfort working across martech, automation, integrations and data‑driven decision making
• A balance of strategic thinking and practical execution
