We’re partnering with a well established national business within a technical, service based industry, currently seeking a Service Scheduler / Coordinator to join their operations team. This is a pivotal role focused on keeping service delivery running smoothly across multiple locations while delivering a strong customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the engine behind the service team, coordinating schedules, managing workflows, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.

  • Coordinate and schedule field technicians across multiple locations
  • Manage incoming service requests and prioritise urgent breakdowns
  • Prepare quotes and follow up for approvals
  • Liaise with internal teams including parts, sales and accounts to ensure seamless delivery
  • Communicate updates to customers and manage expectations
  • Monitor job progress, technician utilisation and overall service efficiency
  • Support invoicing and ensure accuracy of completed work orders
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service work
What we’re looking for
This role suits someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts.

  • Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, ideally 2 years or more
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail with a problem solving mindset
  • Comfortable working across systems, ERP or CRM experience highly regarded
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
  • Exposure to a technical, mechanical or service based environment is a bonus
