This is a pivotal role focused on keeping service delivery running smoothly across multiple locations while delivering a strong customer experience.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the engine behind the service team, coordinating schedules, managing workflows, and ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day.
- Coordinate and schedule field technicians across multiple locations
- Manage incoming service requests and prioritise urgent breakdowns
- Prepare quotes and follow up for approvals
- Liaise with internal teams including parts, sales and accounts to ensure seamless delivery
- Communicate updates to customers and manage expectations
- Monitor job progress, technician utilisation and overall service efficiency
- Support invoicing and ensure accuracy of completed work orders
- Maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service work
This role suits someone organised, proactive and confident managing multiple moving parts.
- Previous experience in a service coordination or scheduling role, ideally 2 years or more
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High attention to detail with a problem solving mindset
- Comfortable working across systems, ERP or CRM experience highly regarded
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Exposure to a technical, mechanical or service based environment is a bonus
