Team Leader – Information and Records
  • Immediate Start – 9 Month Contract
  • South West Sydney
  • $55 p/hour + Super
We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused Team Leader – Information Records to lead a collaborative records team within a fast-paced local government environment.

This hands-on leadership role combines day-to-day operational oversight and assisting with exciting projects including digitisation, AI-driven automation, records governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Role
  • Leading daily records and information management operations
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative environment
  • Managing workflows, team KPIs and distribution of work
  • Contributing to digitisation and process improvement projects
  • Supporting systems including Objective, EzyScan, Civica Authority, and PeopleSoft
About You
  • Experience in records and information management
  • A passion for streamlining processes and continuous improvement
  • Leadership experience (desirable) OR a senior officer looking to take the next step
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and hands-on approach
  • Local government experience (highly regarded)
  • Relevant qualifications in Records & Information Management (Desirable)
