Customer Service Officer
Castle Hill location | Immediate impact role | 6-month contract with strong potential to go permanent
If you’re the type who sees messy processes and thinks “give me a day,” keep reading 👀
We’re partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturer going through a growth phase and internal reset. Things aren’t perfect right now, which is exactly why this role exists. They need someone who can step in, take ownership, and help bring structure back to their customer and credit processes.
This is not a sit back and coast kind of role. This is for someone who likes to fix, improve, and actually make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
• Jumping straight into a backlog of credit claims and cleaning it up
• Supporting the AU market with order processing and credit maintenance
• Working closely with a down-to-earth team who value ideas and input
• Gradually moving into broader customer service support
• Getting exposure to export operations and wider business functions
What they’re looking for:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big advantage
• Strong customer service or order processing background
• Someone proactive who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Confident communicator who can speak up and suggest improvements
• Positive, team-first attitude with a bit of personality
Why this role stands out:
• Real opportunity to go permanent if you prove yourself
• Stable, well-known business with strong growth in Australia
• Transparent leadership who actually listen to feedback
• No heavy phones to start, you can focus and get through meaningful work
• Parking on site and easy Castle Hill access
If you’re ready to step into something where you can genuinely make an impact and not just process for the sake of it, apply now
