Production Utility Worker

A leading manufacturing company in Erie, PA is seeking Production Utility Workers for both Day and Night Shift openings. These positions offer an opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment where no two days are exactly the same. Candidates will assist in various areas of production, supporting operations wherever needed to help keep products moving efficiently through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Hang and remove parts from powder coating lines

  • Grind, sand, and finish metal components

  • Operate production equipment and machinery as assigned

  • Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility

  • Assist with assembly and packaging of finished products

  • Inspect parts for quality and report any issues

  • Support multiple departments as production needs change

  • Perform general shop and production duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment

  • Strong attention to detail and quality

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Willingness to learn and assist in various departments

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • $15-15.75/hr

  • Both day and night shift available

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts
